Bad Idea Bureau is a novelty and entertainment service operated by FAD Merch. Cases, bundles, certificates, licenses, rulings, records, and membership features are digital novelty products and do not create legal rights, professional credentials, or government records.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Permanent Record memberships renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled.
Do not use Bureau products to impersonate a government agency, regulator, employer, court, school, financial institution, healthcare provider, or other authority.
Privacy Policy
Bad Idea Bureau may receive checkout contact information, transaction identifiers, products purchased, technical/browser information, and information voluntarily entered into a Bureau case.
Payment card processing is handled by Stripe. Bad Idea Bureau does not store your full card number or security code on the storefront.
Information may be used to deliver products, operate memberships, support customers, prevent abuse, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.
Digital Product & Refund Policy
Bad Idea Bureau sells low-cost digital novelty products delivered or unlocked immediately after successful payment. Completed digital purchases are generally final once purchased content has been delivered or accessed.
If a technical error prevents delivery, contact us so we can restore access, replace the product, or review the transaction.
Permanent Record memberships renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
